Every item undergoes a rigorous cleaning and inspection process. Our team of experts authenticates luxury brands, electronics are data-wiped and tested, and all apparel is professionally laundered before being listed.
What is your return policy?
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or was significantly misrepresented, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days via standard ground shipping.
