We want you to love your unique finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
